Kazakhstan has finally all in order to join EBU, it seems. Requirements of the European Broadcasting Union are very high. The potential member of the EBU should be the active user of services of the union, buy regularly the rights to broadcast big events and have own technical base at high level. There is also a payment of regular membership dues. And only continuous membership in the EBU
