  • I love my amazing body

When you read your affirmations, make sure to do it slowly, thoughtfully and with the feeling, and after a while of doing this practice – you will notice how you start to think differently.

2. Delete all negativity from your life

Deleting negativity from your life means to protect your heart from anything and anyone who could disturb your inner happiness and harmony. Notice what kind of information you read, what do you watch on TV and what kind of people you associate with. Try to avoid all negative information, discussions and all gossip.

They say that a human being thinks about 60000 thoughts per day, so imagine the impact of your thinking on your mood and on your inner harmony. Try not to think negatively about anyone or anything, and fill your thoughts with beauty, harmony and love instead.

Take time to slow down and to feel the moment. I, for example, like to take bath with rose petals, burn some scented candles and make warm and delicious drink. These little things help me relax and enjoy the moment. You can establish your own rituals for relaxation that work for you.

Multitasking has been already proven to be counterproductive. When you do something, focus your full attention on only one action at a time and don’t think about anything else. This way you will train your brain for quality and will feel more harmony and satisfaction.

7. Focus your attention on good memories

People tend to dwell on negative memories, which drains their energy, makes them feel guilty and full of regrets. If you want to find your inner harmony, why not start focusing on good memories instead. You surely had many amazing things that happened in your past and will happen in your future.

8. Take every new day as a new beginning

Every new day can be seen differently by different people. Some see it just as another ordinary day, while you can start looking at a new day as a new door to opportunities, new canvas, new beginnings. This way of thinking can bring so much joy, inspiration, harmony and creativity into you life. Try it!

9. Listen to something soothing

Sounds have tremendous power over our mood and wellbeing. Find sounds that bring harmony into your heart and play them at home on a regular basis. It can be soothing music or simply sounds of nature: birds singing, rain drops or sound of the fireplace. These sounds can help you relax when you feel stressed or overwhelmed.

How do you feel when someone smiles at you? Perhaps you can’t help but smile back? That’s because smile stimulates certain reward mechanisms in our brain, very similar to when we eat something tasty. Use your smile for establishing your inner harmony and happiness. Simile when you see other people, smile to yourself in the mirror, smile more often. It can definitely make you feel happier, try it.
