Ashley Judd gives reasons why she don't support Georgia abortion ban

Hollywood actress has candidly revealed reasons why she's against Georgia anti-abortion law.

Speaking at the Women in the World Summit,  the actress revealed she was raped by a man and soon realized she has conceived a child during the assault.

 She told the audience she made the decision to terminate the pregnancy because the father would have been given custody rights under the state law.

“I’m a three-time rape survivor. And one of the times I was raped, there was conception,
And I’m very thankful I was able to access safe and legal abortion. Because the rapist was  kentuckian, as am I and I reside in Kentucky and Tennessee. I would’ve had to co-parent with my rapist,” she said.

"So having safe access to abortion was personally important to me and as I said earlier, you know, democracy starts with the skin.
We are not supposed to regulate, with what we do with our insides". She explained
