Monica’s 30th Birthday Bash & Engagement Party

Monica not quite a Cougar, and over the weekend, a newly engaged Monica turned the big 3-0 and celebrated at Philippe Chow in L.A. Monica was accompanied by fiance Shannon Brown, family  and a host of friends came out to celebrate the occasion.
